Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            

Prices are steady to lower for breaking stock and checks and undergrades.       
The undertone is steady.  Offerings are moderate to heavy.  Demand is light     
to instances moderate.  Supplies are moderate for mixed breaking schedules.     
Market activity slow to moderate.  Cases broken under federal inspection        
for week ending 08-Sep-2018 were 8% lower than the previous week, however       
14% higher than the same week last year.                                        

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight     
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
